Gander closing

Well Gander Mtn is closing 36 stores across the country and Waco and Killeen are 2 of them. (Not surprising. The only time I've seen more than 1 or 2 cars in the lot was at Chrismas
Do you think that in a case like this they would have any real good deals in the future?To sell stock instead of having to relocate it?I would probably go in there then.

I bet they ship to other stores. I bet big stuff safes feeders and other big stuff goes on sale

Talked to an employee there today and he told me they would ship most of it out to other stores.

Speciality big box stores are in decline. Smartest thing Cabelas ever did was sell out. Internet retail and broad category choices are crushing these types of retail. Gotta be like Dicks and Academy and sell lots of sports equipment and yoga pants to support a hunting department.
