I have allowed this to get way out of hand with a lot of good people who have legitimate complaints about communication and getting in a timely manner. Absolutely no excuses for me and is not how any of you guys deserve here or TBH as a good reputable site.

I can only try to restore now that I am able to the way it should always be. This has been all my fault, not my husband's.

I have just seen the customer service thread. No excuses for shell and I falling way behind there are no good excuses.ever good enough so why make them.
I have slowed down listing and making but not because the stics don't sell fast enough.
I am truly sorry for the sheaths taking so long. Shell has said they will be out this week. Not sure what else I can say other then I am sorry. We are listing knives if they don't sell then so be it. No one to blame but us.

And the problems we have dealt with in the last year is not just a excuse to be late with sheaths. Stic don't roll like that. Again truly sorry for this and deserve the condemnation.<><
