Buying a very slightly used 2016 Polaris Ranger??

I found a 2016 Polaris Ranger fairly close to me with 5 hours on it.

1) do these machines have titles?
2) I was told by a dealer that I could use my AG tax exemption card to avoid paying sales tax if I buy from them. Assuming these machines do have titles, can I use the same tax exemption card to avoid paying tax when the title gets put in my name?

How much cheaper than dealer price would this have to be before you would buy it as opposed to buying new from a dealer?

Yes they are titled. Yes you can get ag exempt.

5 hours is nothing but I'd say price would depend on options
