I am going in to check my T levels on Mon., cause when I saw that picture of the shoes on that Bow, my face got real wet. Congrats and what a great setting , enjoy it.

Fruit, meat and cheese trays with bison summer sausage, peppered and smoked scimitar backstrap, and dried raspberry chipotle axis sausage.

Main course is smoked beef tenderloin, shrimp/crawfish/sausage etouffee(?), cheese grits, Tuscan vegetables and mac and cheese for the kids. Oh, and a salad.

Dessert is homemade butterfinger ice cream and a layered chocolate cake of German chocolate and makers mark whiskey cake. The bride doesn't like white cake!

Full bar with two vodka cocktails as the named signature drinks. I don't know what they decided to call them! One is a grapefruit chilton and the other a muddled blueberry, lemonade, vodka thing. And of course a champagne toast!
