Cat facts takes care of someone's phone, but here's something we did to an a-h that was on the lease and made a genuine PITA of himself. All the magazines have the tear-out cards in them to send in for subscriptions, info, etc.---the other lease members just started filling out his name/address on them and sent them in. Got to be sure you get Buckmasters for them though. This was after we dumped him off the lease though--
