Question for Builders

My wife and I are looking to build a cabin on our property. We are thinking about a 900-1000 sqft 2 bedroom cabin 40 x 24 with a covered porch(6 x 24). We are planning on using hardie siding on a basic rectangular base with a truss roof. Is there an average rate that I should expect...$ per Sqft?

All depends on finish out my friend. $30,000 or $3,000 appliances? Carpet or hand scraped hardwood? Formica or quartz? $12,000 or $120 dining room light fixture. You get my point I'm sure. I get this question all the time as a builder.
