Anyone ever been? Not really looking for a resort. Want to find a VRBO, something secluded where I can dive naked for lobster. Anyone have any input? Will be going in October.

Only been to a resort (Seven Stars), so not sure what kind of VRBO options there are. You won't be disappointed with Turks and Caicos, it's a beautiful place.
Be prepared, there isn't a whole lot to do as far as activities go, this is more of a relaxation type destination compared to somewhere like Costa Rica.Comment

I went a few years ago and really liked it. We stayed at The Sands at Grace Bay in a rented condo which how most of the island is set up. I only saw one chain hotel. Food is pricey if you eat out. I would suggest making your lunch and breakfast if you eat big.
I didn't dive on the trip, but did snorkel at Grace Bay reef. Loads of fish, turtle, etc. It's the only place I've harvested a conch shell and ate it on the boat.Comment

Went a few years ago. The place is very beautiful, the beaches and water are perfect. We did some diving and a bunch of snorkeling, and it was great. We plan to go back at some point.Comment
