We have 3 spots open on our lease near Pandale, off 1024. 10 total spots on 5000 acre pasture, part of 20,000acres. $2000 payable quarterly. 2 bucks, we did not kill any does last year, not sure on this year. There are Auodad and the occasional Mule Deer. Lots of foxes and pigs. For more details contact Brett Walker

No guest for Deer season. There was talk of a camp house, but not sure.

Are wife and kids considered guests? Is it a family lease, like wife and kids are allowed to come and if so is it actually family friendly?

Is it 2000 paid out quarterly or 2000 each quarter making a total of 8000?
