    Man, I sped up rpm and lowered feed. First part came off great, then back to crap. It's in the heat treat oven now. Only thing I hate worse than phenolic is UHMW

      Yeah. Phenolic is a PITA sometimes. Glad I deal with only metals now.

      Keep at it. You'll get it brutha.

        Grayson, try upping the spindle to around 1500 RPM and leave your feed and depth of cut as you have it or a little less in the beginning. I pulled the last phenolic jobs and we run it around that. Hopefully that helps.

          Was it for G7? That's the only type thats ever given me trouble

            It's actually for G3 as that's the only other glass phenolic we've run. We've run G7 but I'm going to have to do some more digging to find program feeds and speeds for it.
