I have an older front tine tiller I've used for years, rough handling but it starts and runs every year. I got a used Troy Built rear tine several years ago to "upgrade" . it has been a POS. I have spent $400 in attempted repairs, swapped engines to a better frame/body....and STILL haven't gotten a full row tilled. I used my old front tine last year and will do the same this year.

I got one of the older one's and if the tines catch the top of the ground and try and take off it'll **** near yank your arms off. You just gotta know how to use it. My wife worked for a Doctor and he gave it to her because he couldn't get it started. Justed needed a little tune-up and she purrs like a kitten. Can't sell it though..... It's my wife's. She get's to much enjoyment from the rodeo that takes place when I attempt to use it
