So I went and shot three bows today:
Bowtech Reign 6 (comfort setting) (may go shoot the 7" brace with perf. setting and see the diff)
Mathews Halon 32
Elite Option 6

Takeaways:
Bowtech Reign 6 (comfort setting) (may go shoot the 7" brace with perf. setting and see the diff)
Mathews Halon 32
Elite Option 6
Draw:
- Mathews had the most smooth draw out of the three. it felt like you had an assist about 2-3" before hitting the wall. I think the really large cams allow for a smoother draw compared to the smaller cam'd elite and bowtech
- Bowtech - much like 6" brace bows, it's a bit jumpy if you need to let it down, but I use an Agenda 6 right now, so I'm use to the jumpy let down.
- Elite - It had a decent draw, in between the Bowtech and Mathews in terms of comfort and smoothness
After shot:
- Bowtech - TOTALLY DEAD in the hand. it's like you didn't know you shot, except you knew you pulled the release trigger
- Mathews - Slight "tuning fork" vibration after the shot, but that could of been due to it being not totally set up and tuned, but the bowtech wasn't either
- Elite - Had the most vibration after shot and it had a bit of a kick
Takeaways:
- All these bows are fast, no matter what setup, they just are fast
- Mathews - their "center" would take some getting use to, since they have their handle lower than all other manuf.
- Bowtech Reign is a beast and is in the top running right now.
- Never thought I'd say this, Mathews is in the top two right now
- Looking for an obsession dealer in Houston to kick the tires on their models
