Which dumb phone had the best camera

This maybe a dumb question but have you looked into overage charges or gone line by line on your bill? Are you connecting to wifi when possible? Do you stream music/movies? Are you paying for insurance and or protection plans? Something is definitely wrong with you bill for two phones.

My wife and I switched to ATT and have 2 iPhone 7+ and it's $167 a month. We don't pay for much data cause we both use wifi at work and home.

I also get a 19% discount from my work.

Went into AT&T today to add a 3rd line. They gave me a 4th line for free with current promotion they have going. I have unlimited talk, text, and data and 4 lines now for $187.00 a month. The phones are all paid for.

I have a Samsung Rugby III and pay around $45/month for unlimited calls and text from ATT. Some data but don't use it.

I know several people that still have flip phones, but they're all 60+ years old and probably have no idea the phone even has a camera on it.
