window recommendations

I was looking online and most things I am finding are saying to stay away from box store windows. Anyone have recommendations for brands that are good? I don't mind ordering online and having them delivered. For barndo new construction.

I'm gonna get an exact list I guess from the guy who is doing the plans so I can just take them in, or email them for the quote.
