As everyone knows, I have never been shy about bragging on my girl. Last year she left her job in a dental office to take an outside sales job with an Italian implant company. It was a company that was new to the U.S. and was a tough sell getting it known in the US. But in her first year she was the most successful rep in the Southeast region and one of the top reps in the country. This December she was given a significant raise and promoted to a regional training position, but it wasn't enough to get her to stay. She just took a position with a billion dollar Dental supply company and pretty much named her price to make the move. Not bad for a high school educated small town girl that had no sales experience and was the only sales person in the entire company without a degree. Did I also mention, she is beautiful and an amazing mother! Best thing I ever did was marry up!!

True in some cases, but only when they learn their product/service, market, customers, and competition extensively. Short of that, they tend to rely on there looks alone, and that only goes so far.
