Thats awesome! Best I found was about 3" of a shaft and a Rage 2 blade sticking out what had to have been the opposite shoulder. I found it when rolling him over and saw just a small glint of silver. I could feel something hard under the skin and after cutting along the protrusion I found the head and shaft still lodged in the shoulder area.

Found the pics of my deer. Doesnt come close to the OP's though

Back about 10yrs ago I shot an aoudad with a perfect "X" scar from a 4-blade broadhead on his side. When I quartered him up, I found a Muzzy 4-blade with the insert still on it. The broadhead was lodged in the offside shoulder from the "X" scar. The arrow had broken off at the back of the insert.
