RV storage ideas

For you guys that keep your RV at home, how do you protect your trailer?
I’ve been contemplating building a pole structure but my area is not easy to dig post holes.
Whatever I option I go with, build or buy, I would like to keep costs under $3000.
Suggestions/ideas are appreciated.

My 5th wheel was under a 24x36 carport....like what you see on the road sides..just way bigger

I have a detached garage. When I built the place, I had a slab poured next to the detached garage with a cover over it to match the roof line of the garage. So only actually covered on one side and the roof. Front, rear and one side are open but works very well.

Looked into the portable metal carport prices.
Not bad but my wife and I are in disagreement as to what to purchase.
She wants a drive through barn with storage space on the right and left sides.

I have a 24'×36' at home, just a little over 3k. Got a 18'×36' at the deer lease for that camper, it was 2400. Both are side of the road sales and installed.
