    What have yall found outside of google earth that's more current?

      X2 doubt you find much newer without having security clearance and paying big bucks.

        Check out Nearmap. It was about 1k for a yearly subscription last i checked. They provide the most recent and best quality aerials. It depends on how bad you want it.

          The google earth maps are pretty current on my places.
          We just did a contracted lDAR map on our acreage that is awesome.

            Google updated our place end of last summer. I actually found myself on the map on the tractor the day it updated.

                No way, get on Texas forest service website or google Texas plan my land operation... amazing capabilities and up to date.

                          Google is at least 2 years old for our place and I am thinking closer to 4 or 5 based on vegetation density.

                            Yep most areas around Angelo are 2-3 yrs old on google earth from what I have seen.

                              Best interactive map app I have come across is called MyTrails. You can save an offline map of what ever area you want, and toggle between all sorts of topo and sat shots of that area. It can also be used as a GPS tracker, set waypoints/areas of interest, and monitor things like altitude, rate of speed, distance traveled, distance to waypoint, and time/temp.
