I thought the question was Favorite Bourbon but I am seeing a lot of wiskeys mentioned, along with some good Bourbons. That being said I just like a neat Wild Turkey 81 and a cold beer and all is well.

Baker's No. 7 is my go-to.

Knob Creek is the community bottle and for the rooks...Makers.

Pair any of the above with a nice cigar and a camp fire......perfection.
