Yes, it will dry out, just poor about 3/4 of a beer in there with it; that will keep everything moist. You can also use pork fat or bacon to keep it moist instead of a water base.

Pre GRXH Thursday night...I presented a bottle of this...Rat took a TKnife...(see what I did Paintman?)...scraped the bottle until it broke the neck off just below the still installed cork...pretty clean break too...Who needs a bottle opener?...not that Granger Ranger!
