The way I see it, if you interfere/prevent the reposession of a vehicle you have not been paying for you should be charged with theft of a motor vehicle. Hate that crap.

He is not repossessing anything it's parking violations at apartment communities. Mine was towed at an apartment community for similar bs and I was ****** but didn't act like that.

I don't want to step on anyone's toes or start a huge debate but it looks like this is an apartment complex "illegal" parking situation with a tow company sign. I see that little red/white sign in the youtube member info.

We are having an issue with this in our little town of Bridge City in the local housing complex and a few others places where businesses have let a tow truck company put up the specific language signage that allows them to tow vehicles at random if they are parked incorrectly. That means they can't back in, be within 6" of the lines, be over the curb, expired inspection, expired tags, facing the wrong way, parked on the wrong side of the road, etc. It is a lot of mickey mouse crap that allows the tow truck operator to charge $375-$475 to get your vehicle back and the property owner gets a cut of all tows. It's a big scam in my opinion.

I've had that happen before as well...it's low level for sure!

We pull of a ton of reasons but with all its listed on all signs english and spanish when is not allowed in about 20-40 signs per property. Any when they sign there lease they all get a set of rules.. Its up to the driver to do what they are supposed to do..

Hmmm, that is interesting, but truthfully, I am fearing what kind of population the new housing complex might bring into Bridge City (hopefully doesn't end up section 8), so I am all for strict rules to keep our new neighbors classy(watch the video for reference). But that's just my opinion.

I can tell you rules dont mean anything to people.. Hell half the Properties we tow go on hold at the end of the month for 2 weeks so they get there rent.. We have a car we tow almost weekly and they just wont park right.. No sticker and half the time park in handycap and no parking zones.. People dont care at all.. it also depends how far the tow company is from the place they towed from our in town tows are $162.66 out of tow is over $300
