Do any of you know what counties will have firework sales?

Any county will have fireworks sales unless there is a burn ban and then you may still be able to buy some items. Sales will be legal across Texas.

Last year was the first for this. The guy we bought from said each county had to vote before stands could sell. He said by the time they voted last year, most stands didn't have time to get permits and stock in time. Maybe they changed it this year.

Legal everywhere, but sales are at the discretion of the county commissioners for the added holidays.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes each county has the option to say yes or no to fireworks sales on the new selling days such as Independence Day other than the selling periods in July and December. Those 2 periods are set by the state and counties have no say do on sales except for burn bans if their KBDI reaches a certain number.

Google tells me that my own Jones County will have fireworks for sale for TX independence, but not for San Jacinto.
