taking my boys (10 & 8) on their first hunt. they've been in the stand with me before, but this will be their first time on the trigger. I'm super pumped right now, but I'm trying to stay calm so they don't get nervous. I got them a crossbow after Christmas and they are both shooting great. We'll be chasing blackbuck does and will hopefully have some good pics to share in a couple days.

There was plenty of critters moving around the front pasture this morning. Saw some red hinds on the side by the fence in the farm road as well. Should be a great time, if you stopped at the DQ in Gonzales that is by far my son's favorite fast food stop. Good Luck and looking forward to some LDPsComment

Made it to the stand. Saw some oryx, axis, and blackbuck on the way in. Now I'm set with my little guy and my oldest is hunting with his pawpaw.
