Won't be long now. Got me some of Pepops' custom hand tied jigs.

Can't wait to dangle these pretties in front of some sac a lait noses.

Grapefruit Limeade, Grape Limeade and Electric Chicken.

Grapefruit limeaid is a killer! I have that color from another maker tied on a rod nearly year round.

Nice stringer Chris! And I didn't know you had "fishing buddies"!

About 5 years deep now, so I've been laying pretty low. They're getting in the grove of huntin and fishin now so hopefully we'll have more pics to post. Hope all is well!

It's red and white but it stays dirty!!![emoji2]. Several folks out today. Couple of my favorite docks had folks on em today. Brush was the same.

My scale had it just under 2 but it's all busted and won't zero anymore I woulda guessed a little over 2 but who knows. Threw her back. She made 13-14" crappie look small.

Ok we (me and my 2 boys) were in a similar boat to yours bass fishing first thing this morning. I couldn't help but fish the shad spawn first thing this morning, it's hard to pass up an opportunity at a topwater bite! We caught about 15 bass before switching to crappie. Most of my favorite early spots were being fished as well. I don't know how many boats that tournament had in it but those guys were everywhere we wanted to go! We caught a very mixed bag of about 75 kentuckies, largemouth,hybrids sandbass, and crappie plus my youngest son caught a turtle on a jig LOL.

I'd suggest using a slightly smaller bait. And maybe lighter line too.
