Feeder pen question

    We build two pens. One for hogs/javalina and one for cattle. Typical 34" hog panel for inner pen with a 3-strand barb wire outer pen. Make the outer pen as big as you can. At least 20ft outside of the inner pen.

      34 inch are a heck of a lot easier to get into the pen, especially with short lets like I have.
      I generally even put a cinder block on either side of one area to make it easier to step in and out of the pen.

        I built one a couple weeks ago using 50" but like others said I think I'm gonna cut a couple short spots. Mine isn't all that big (50'-55' diameter) but I did it for nearly free.

        I put a couple double ended spring hooks kinda like on a dog leash between two of the panels and I use that as a gate.
