Correcting Google Business informaion

When you search my business address or name Google pins the correct location, with a picture of my shop but with another companies name and phone number listed.

I have suggested an edit multiple times but it never changes.

I can't seem to find a way to actually contact Google about it either..

Does anyone have any tips on getting this corrected?

i finally found phone number, now I just have to see how long their hold music play list is.....
