E2 Hitch problem-sway bars are uneven

Fairly new to the TT towing thing.

Lately, when I go to hook up my hitch, and snap the sway bars onto the bracket, the sway bars are really uneven. The one on the drivers side is much lower and it's almost impossible to get the pry bar under the bracket and snapped in. The other side is easy peasy. Any advice?

Did you install the hitch... Or did the dealer?

Dealer. It was great the first 6-7 trips. Last 2 or 3 have been like this.

Did you jack-knife it, and bend it perhaps.?

No sir. And I've tried swapping out the spring arms and the other has the same issue so it's not a bent arm.

But I'm at a loss to help....Sorry

I'll take some when I hook it up next time in a week and a half. I'm not sure how much you'll be able to see in them but I'm willing to try.
