Deer Lease Available

I just talked to a man wanting to Lease his place out so I told him I would try and help him out. The Lease is in Comfort TX and he is looking for a group of 5 hunters maybe 8 if the other 3 get off. I don't know all the details to it, but I know where the place is and can tell you it has some really nice WT and Huge Axis. I only know a little about place so you will have to contact him personally. I do know it's 1300ac with a small cabin with electricity no water and the price is $1800 a gun that's all I know as far as what you can kill that's up to you guys to talk to the landowner.
