What are y'all changing up next year?

Gonna move my stand location and build a tower blind to get some elevation at my spot. New spot has much better coverage of the area.

Gonna clear out some brush and put in a new blind in a good looking meadow we just found. (This year was the first year on the property)

Gonna move my ladder stand and put a new ladder stand in a very promising location.

It's all about placement as well, the spot I have in mind that I want to setup this weekend should be perfect to try and get my first deer with a bow. I'll set the feeder this weekend and wait until august or so for the popup so it doesn't get rundown by the weather.

yeah, i killed good bucks from the same stand the last 2 years, and the shooters were there all the time at night this year, i am just overthinking it like always and will probably just leave it how it is.

I can't do that, our big bucks are moving within or before first hour of daylight, after that it's does and smaller bucks.

Want to add another timed feeder / pen but can't decide on the exact placement as entry / exit routes are difficult and rifle opportunities limited.

Sounds odd but I want to get a walk behind string trimmer (mower) to clean up some small hard to reach places.

I was always told that the big bucks leave before the first bird chirps. We see most of our deer early too. I am looking for that one big boy that sneaks out and comes back when he knows everyone else is going in and eating breakfast

My oldest son(12) is "getting his own spot" this year. So we will be setting that up. It will be his first year bow hunting and hunting by himself. I'm excited!! I'll probably be hunting stands I didn't hunt this past year that I saw alot of activity around during rifle season. Everything else will stay the same.
