Sorry to see this thread posted. Sorry for you and the rest of the family that are left behind. I rejoice in the post you put up in this thread with the confirmation that your dad indeed knew the Lord Jesus as savior. He is by the Lords side at this very moment. In due time after a period of grieving the earthly loss, you and your family will begin the healing process. That process is made much better with the knowledge of his Salvation. We who know the Lord as Savior have a hope that those who do not know him do not have. We will be reunited with those who know Him in that day. I pray for comfort for you and the rest of the family. You have been very strong through this ordeal with your dad, and you must stay strong for the family as you lead them through this grieving period. God Bless you sir.

So sorry to hear this. I lost my dad, my best friend, in August of 2015. What helps me get by is remembering his love and all the good times we had together. Heaven is going to be a wonderful place and we will see them soon!
