2017 Houston Astros season thread, "Earn it"

Yes it is. Astros have won 7 out of the last 1O games, and so have the Rangers. Its going to be a right interesting season!

Yeah, the rangers are probably just shaking their heads at that fact. The rangers are playing a very soft schedule this month so I see them continuing to win at that rate. Im hoping the Astros can keep up. After Miami they come home to a pretty tough home stand(Cleveland, Detroit, Baltimore) then head to the surprise team of the year, Minnesota to close out the month.

Interesting couple of games but in the end took 3 of 4 from the high flying Yanks in their home park. 26-12, best record in the Majors. I would say this has been a good start to the season. On to Miami.

Agree! We know we have a great team, but yes do have a very tough upcoming schedule

I'm not concerned with the Rangers.
Stros have tough games ahead.. but I still think they haven't really kicked in yet...lots still in reserve..
they toyed and ultimately manhandled a very strong yankee team in their backyard, during jeter week, this past series... and got to experiment last night a bit..

Now, to take care of business in Miami.. stay healthy..and go to work on the teams that matter.

Sooner or later one or more of those flyballs Straily is giving up are going to leave the park. Agreed Altuve was hit on purpose. Pretty soon the Astros pitchers are going to have to start retaliating every time one of our guys are hit. It is happening too frequently of late.
