Tigers, orioles, twins, rangers. Getting a little concerned on our pitching situation. Do we have anyone in AAA that may be ready?

That's a big negative. Martes has been scuffling the last I looked about a week or so ago.

Whats the latest? I heard he was throwing long toss.

Long toss as in 60ft. He said he wont take to throwing from the mound until he is at the 100 ft mark so he is still has away to go. Nobody will say what the target date is but speculation is right before the all star break if there are no setbacks.

Some of the Stros deep farm system starting to show up with other teams. Saw where Rio Ruiz (Gattis trade) just got called up and hit a hr. for the Braves. Former 2nd round pick Nolan Fontana got called up today by Angels. And Folty(Gattis trade) pitching for Braves today
