sprinkler system / lanscaping price!!

I am having a new home built within the next month. They quoted me 12,000 for a landscaping package that included 10000 sq. ft. of sod with a sprinkler system to go with it. Plus the front of the house will be landscaped with a flower bed and shrubs as well. Is that a fair price or not.

That sounds about right to me. $450 per zone or so for irrigation. Landscaping can get expensive fast depending on what your putting in. Sod is roughly .30/sq ft. The math seems to make sense.

In the ballpark. Paid similar price about 8 years ago for a lot of the same but included (15) 2" caliper Live Oaks.

I'm a landscaping contractor and that seems fair to me.
We typically charge .47/sq. ft. for sod, $500-700/zone for irrigation, and simple flower beds are typically $2-3K after improved soil, plant material, weed blocker, edging, and mulch.
