I've been gone from this forum for a while as Ive been consumed with casting boolits. What happened the the equipment and tuning portion of the forum? It seem like it was combined with around the camp fire but any idea as to why?

I wondered the same thing. I believe it's enter mixed with around the campfire. They added a politics thread which is a joke. The hell with politics. -
Equipment and tuning was lost when political forum was made
Then nobody could be nice in political forum and it was permanently locked

That's what I noticed is the tuning was a big part of this forum for a while. Heck it's how I learned how to tune my bows and what FOC was.Comment

The PTB wanted the ATC section to get back to a more archery and beginning focus. So they have made, frozen and thawed the "current events/politics" section. However some people aren't smart enough to post current events and politics in the correct section and some can't play nice so it spills over into the ACT. Then you add in the Facebook type stuff, is my truck tire too big, I saw Bigfoot in pajamas at Walmart and various other non bowhunting things and what you end up with is archery threads washed out in the rest of it.
However it's still a pretty good forum to frequent and good folks visit here daily.
