IMO. Best arrows on the market. Been shooting Maximas since the first ones came out.

Well, I wouldn't choose arrows because of color, but I bought a used bow once that came with a half dozen Maxima Reds, and they shot well. I just prefer skinnier arrows. They were pretty fat.

My buddy shoots them and swears by them. When i need new arrows ill be giving the maximas a try

I really like them, always have, and the color doesn't do anything but they do look nice.

I have shot maxima hunters for around 8 years now. Never an issue. I have reused arrows on multiple animals. Not sure the difference between those and the reds however.

I have them and I like them. Durable and shoot good and matches my bow

Only downside is they are expensive

i know you shouldn't match color and i wouldn't even think about it if i hadn't heard good things about the maxims and for $95ish bucks for 6 i would assume they are pretty good. I'm gonna buy a couple thin diameter shafts for bear and hog hunting and try to keep the overall weight the same as the maximas and use the maxims for deer and 3d

The Black Eagle Carnivores are the right color youre looking for.

I havent shot them yet but have some in muddyfuzzys shop waiting for my Reign to come in so I can tell him what length to cut them.

People on the GS seem to love them.

If you kill something it will have red on it no matter the shafts color

I've had Maxima Hunters, Maxima Blu Rzs, and Maxima Reds. My bow just didn't like the blu's, but the other two shot really well. The Hunters were the ones I had best luck out of as far as Maximas go, crazy tough arrows in my experience. I sold the Reds just because Buddy wanted them and they were the right length and color for him. If you like the colors then are great arrows.

They are a decent arrow, however i def wouldnt be selecting my arrow based on color

I looked at the maximas, and color may have been a factor in my choice too! Lol. I ended up with the Carnivores with .001 straightness from reviews here and they fly excellent. Have been very accurate for me. No experience with the Reds
