    The Timer/West Texas Feeder Supply

This topic may have been posted before and if so I apologize for the redundancy. I contacted West Texas Feeder Supply in regards to two of my Timer units malfunctioning. One would consistently switch all the times back to noon, the other decided to feed out over 600 pounds of corn in one week. Apparently in 2015 and part of 2016 there were some defective units made. West Texas Feeder Supply replaced both of my timers and sent me return authorizations for the defective ones free of charge. Their customer service was amazing and apparently all of the newer, units are solid as a rock. I never had any problems with my older timers but wanted to put this out there in case anyone has one they bought in the 2015 to 2016 time range that is acting up. West Texas Feeder Supply will stand behind it and get you a new ones. They are awesome!

Yes they are. All my feeders and accessories are from them.

Same here Bobby. Had one of each. My new feeder dumped all the corn and one of my lease mates keep resetting. The retailer swapped them out per the company. No questions asked. They got a bad batch. Since they swapped them out we have no issues. We had 10 other feeders with The Timer and have not had a problem with them. It was just the two new feeders that we put in use this past year.

We had one do the same thing, clock and feed times went south, then another time it just kept running until all the corn was on the ground and the battery went dead.. We reset it, changed out the feeder battery and refilled the corn. If it does it again, we'll be trading it out.

I have one that the LED quit working. I called and described my problem and gave him the # on the back. Said he had a few from that year that had that problem ~100 but not many. He is shipping me a new one

Tells me a lot about the company and their service. And that they had a lot of their timers in use, if 100 is a very small number.

There is a reason these timers have such a good reputation
