There was an intense fire at a warehouse. When the chief told me what they were using on the fire, I knew it must've been sprayed on as a last resort to try and extinguish the flames. He said they were spraying dihydrogen monoxide. Some of it drifted and landed on my skin and clothing. Without being told what to do, I quickly headed home to shower and change clothes. Thankfully I probably got it off just in time.
Later on I found out that commercially grown strawberries have been found to contain high levels of this chemical. Scary stuff.
