    Got a really good workout on the back Tuesday....other than that been eating too much. Deer season and the holidays are killing me, lol. Come on Feb 1st.

    At least I never quit this year. Most years at some point I quit all together for several months.

      Today was leg day. And for some stupid reason, the gym was packed at 1245 in the afternoon. I can't wait for school to start back up. Hit back squats, seated leg curls and trap bar dead lifts. 1st time doing legs in a while and was mainly working on form. Probably did about 8 sets of squats, not including warm up, with a lot of heavy singles and pause squats.

        Lots of sets to failure both high and low reps

        Couple new exercises

        Felt good

          Too much going on and will be out of town for over a week, so taking two weeks off overall. I will be back at it once I get back in town. Happy New Year's to yall.
