    That is correct.....the 30-45 sec part was his answer to my question.....how much time/rest did he take between the 2 tabatas he ran.

      Today was biceps, triceps and abs. 5X8 supersets barbell curls/weighted dips/incline leg raises, preacher curl/skull crushers/ab wheel, overhead rope extensions/over head cable curls/hanging leg raises. Missed out on finishing up with hammer curl bar cuz I was running late. Oh well, next time.

      Tomorrow-leg day.

        What's your tabata protocol? Example, exercises used etc.

          The routine that's been kicking my @$$ is

          Goblet squats for 20 sec rest 10... 4 min

          Followed by treadmill sprints. Haul @$$ for 20, jump off to the side for 10.... 4 min


          Box shuffle
          KB swings
          Bench step up with high knee
          Run in place high knee
          Burpees
          Mountain climbers

          Some of my favorites to keep it interesting

                    All cardio today.....about an hour today. 4 miles total on the treadmill.....brisk walk and medium jog. Just trying for fat burn. Off day tomorrow.

                      Legs and back today. 5X5 supersets with abs mixed in as well. Got a few extra reps in when I could muster it up. Hack squat/hanging leg raises/wide grip seated rows, neutral grip seated rows/ab roller, calf raises, leg extension/ring pull ups/cable rotations.

                        Been sick all week since the bachelor party in New Orleans...

                        Only made it twice so far

                        Hopefully a 3rd time today but we'll see. Been drained for energy every day

                            Dug a hole today... I think it was 115 degrees. Ran underground conduit in record pace to get driveway fixed before wife got home. Changed clothes 3 times due to being so saturated they wouldn't breath. And neither could I.

                            Drank 12 bottles of water and 3 rehydrates ( an advocare product)... that's 15 pounds of fluid. Never peed and re weighed in at 2:00 and had lost 4 pounds from 6:00am

                            .... I'm calling it good on cardio today

                                Lol. Not sure what vitamins, minerals and electrolytes E.H. Taylor has in it.... but I'm going to try and rehab with it
