Hobbies when the kids are grown?

So you can't hunt and fish every evening after work. Kids all have cars and social lives. You exercise with wife and cook some during the week. So what other hobbies do you have to fill your evening after 7pm?

I'm looking for a new hobby that doesn't break the bank

Flint knapping. All you do is bust rocks, but it's fun.

Knife making is rewarding to me, but it takes a bit of practice, and alot of $$$ on equipment.

              Read books.

This definitelywon't break the bank if one of y'all is fixed. And, it can't count as your exercise too. It's a win/win!!

Not whatever it is that my dad is doing. Poor guy keeps calling me to give me daily updates on what came in his mailbox.

That's a tough one. I have begun dabbling in leather work just to give me something to do at night since I'm on night shift right now and have to stay up late some nights to maintain my schedule. I've actually thought a lot about this, what in the heck am I gonna do when my kids are grown and gone. My answer is I have no idea. Mine are 12 and 14 and I stay busy with select baseball, tennis with my daughter, throwing bp to my son and his buddies, catching their bullpens, etc..... Once they are gone, I have no idea what I'm gonna do with myself, especially since I can't stand to sit still, hate TV, always gotta be on the go, etc.... I'm 40 and feel 15.
