What size wire to shop

Trying to save money and do some of the rough elec myself
Needing to run 80 amp svc to my shop from subpanel 100ft away in conduit

I will need to use 240 welder and misc tools

I would run 2-#3s 1-#4 1-#6 copper

x2 for 80amp subpanel
or just go with 100amp subpanel with 3-#3 and 1-#6 ground if existing service/panel can handle future loads added on down the road.
