    EPA media blackout

Or as some have called, a "gag order" by the Trump Admin. I don't really agree with this. I think we want some of the bureaucracies, but we still expect and deserve transparency when and where it does not jeopardize national security.

I'll give him the 1st time 100 days to get his cabinet and agenda in order, if it persists beyond that, it's going to be very concerning to me

I think he's just trying to start reeling them in.

Already read a quote earlier that this is supposed to be lifted by the end of the week.

Mountains out of mole hills. Same way when a business gets bought out, check everything out, then move ahead

He is running this country like a failing business. Stop hiring, lets slow down and see what is going on and what we can cut, then move on.

I agree about transparency, however, a single tweet or social media post from some top or any epa person there can cause a huge ruckus for him. its more about letting them take a deep breath before starting a mess of mis-information, i think.

and all these executive orders, are great, but I think the power of the purse should stay in congress. its just as easy for the next guy to re institute all the bureaucracy.

But a lot of what he is doing makes sense to me.

He will not let them communicate until he gets the slow democrats to approve his cabinet pick. EPA pick is one of them . I cannot disagree with that.

Exactly. The libs hope that if they can stall approval of a nominee then all the libs in the EPA can continue with business as usual. Shutting them down until a new leader is in place kills that idea. It's the right move.

He did the same to the interior and agriculture departments

Executive agencies report to the President. He has every right to shut down their communications if they are going to use it to against him. They are literally his employees. He should go in and start massive employment terminations of those responsible and for all of those responsible for those employees up several levels.
