how to get part thats no longer made

I have a 93 chevy 1500 that I need the rubber spacer that fits between the 5 speed manual stick shift and the tranny. it fits on top of tranny where the stick shift bolts on its rubber and has 4 holes one in each corner.

Can't help you but I know another guy having same problem with appox same yr chevy.....said they will no longer manufacture, or have manufactured, parts for them

FYI, his problem was big motor and said parts were easy to find for 350

did you look on Ebay? You probably have, but if not, it may be worth a shot. Also, JC Whittney was the only place i could find some stuff.
