2017 San Angelo area season thread

As wet as its been this year, that place looks like the surface of the moon.

We have a few sheep and they tend to hang tight to some of the water troughs and hang out, the rest of the pasture doesn't look that way fortunately.

That pic was also from the end of July when it was starting to dry out some before it started raining good again in august.

Really, whats the dealio? I have decided next yr is my yr. Whether I can find a group to jump in with or I have to pay an outfitter, I'm going. If I put it off much longer I won't be able to get around the mountains, I'm not getting any younger

I've been trying to go the last few years plans always fall through. I'm going next year for sure!

Loading up headed to the lease when the 5 year old gets out of school.

He told me when I dropped him off to make sure and pack his cap gun, BB gun, and his big shotgun (.410). I guess he's ready lol.
