They returned the truck with no paperwork. Called and said I need it for my files he still tried to tell me the oil plug vibrated loose.
tomorrow the general manager gets a call. They didn't even clean the oil off the tailgate and rear bumper.

Its worth pulling that plug off yourself just to check. Some oil plugs have a "catch", which will keep it from falling all the way out. On my truck, you had to use a wrench to loosen, then could hand loosen until the last two turns, which I needed a wrench to take off the rest of the way.

Good ammo to throw back at them if it does have a catch.

Sorry for your issues. I would write the Dodge Regional Office, not that it will do any good but at least you cover your bases.

I had a similar issue with a 1992 (Brand New) Chevy S-10 Blazer and was flipped off by the Regional Office. I have never owned, nor driven a Chevy since, nor will I ever buy one again.

I would find a new dealership for sure. A dealership that tells the truth.
