Troy you're supposed to do the honeymoon deal right after you get married. I think.

Whatever you do, best of luck to you both. You can't go wrong with Fredericksburg.

The Riverwalk in San Antonio is always fun. Lots of cool things to see in San Antone.

Seeing as it is your ex, is this a warning not to do a log cabin getaway?

You better let her plan it. Been married 28 years easier that way and you just go along for the ride

Wife and I took ours in Napa it was really romantic and had a great time. I can send you our itinerary if you're interested. Not as expensive as you think it might be. We told all the wineries that it was our honeymoon and got a lot of free tastings.

You're right. I should've suggested that the first time.

                        Depends on your budget,

San Antonio river walk is nice, a lot of history there .....or

Fredrichsberge / Lukenbach(check lukenbach web for band schedules) this one was fun if you dance.....

Fort Worth Nascar drive. You are by yourself in a real nascar at 5000rpm (160's) and if you do well and buy a second ride they give you 5400RPM (180) You will be shocked at how easy it is to drive at this speed in those cars so don't be affraid to gas it!

                              Go to Medicine Park Oklahoma.

Good time not far to drive and you can stop at a casino along the way.
