Mountain Creek Ranches

Hello, been lurking for a while and finally decided to join! I was looking in the San Antonio paper this morning for leases and found a link for Mountain Creek Ranches. According to their webite they have access to several ranches in the Medina area for whitetail, exotics, etc. They have a club that you can join for $850.00 a year for 15 days of hunting at your leisure. Has anyone had any dealings with this group or know anything about them? Sounds too good to be true, but if they are on the up and up this may be the perfect situation for me.

The bag limit for an annual membership is a buck and doe of any and all species (except hogs and gobblers for turkey).
