Lost my truck keys, need help with new one

I lost my keys including the one to my truck. A 2015 Ford f250. Where is the best place to get a replacement? I'm using my spare and I need another one. I heard the dealership is crazy expensive

Dealership is usually only option due to programming. I had a faulty FOB on my Dodge Ram and I had to purchase a replacement @ a cost of 200.00

I just had one made at the dealership ...$210 bucks .

unfortunately I lost the keys to the work truck last week-2012 dodge ram with the new style fob that you insert but no metal key

dealership wanted $275 and have to tow it to them-got a mobile guy to come and reprogram a new one for $200
