There was a warning out near Kerrville earlier and Hail failing north of SA near Boerne earlier also

Wife saw on FB reports of tornado around Grand Prarie area earlier. Hope all is well in that area. Stay safe!

Passed right over us here in Arlington.

News was saying that there was high level rotations, but no funnel.

Lots of sideways rain here, no hail.

We got 3 ½" since 6:00 or so.

Some friends said a tornado touched down near their house in Grand Prairie. We saw nothing except rain & a little wind in Irving.

In Frisco we lost power about 9:30, it came back on about 11:30. Wind knocked over our son's basketball goal, missed my truck by about a foot. No other damage. It was raining buckets for a couple of hours.
Had to keep up with the Steelers/KC game on my phone via ESPN.
