Axis on I-20 ?

Heading back from the lease this morning and right about the east edge of ranger, saw what looked to be an axis doe dead in the median. Anyone else happen to see this? Have axis been seen in that area? Or likely escaped a high fenced place?

I've seen free range axis near Strawn off 16. I don't think that's too far from Ranger.

use to go to school in ranger, there is a exotics ranch between lake leon and i-20 that had a bunch of axis, i wonder if it was a runnaway

I seen an axis doe on 20 heading west bound in center median right outside of weatherford 3 weeks ago I was bought my eyes was playing tricks on me

Yes we've been seeing them dead in that area along 20 for a few months now.
