Growing up eating Mrs Borgfield's fried chicken and fries at the old Weesatche Cafe was the best chicken ever. Cigarette ashes and all.
In Victoria had Moo Moos that made good fried chicken too.

Those days are gone but Bill Miller has some excellent chicken these days.

I'd say big mama's chicken and waffles in dallas, but the last time I went to quality took a nose-dive.

Now frenchy's...is the bomb, and on Wednesday's it's $0.99 for two pieces! Winner.

Gus's Fried Chicken in Memphis is the best I have ever had. They have a location in Austin but it did not taste the same to me. Good, but not like the one in Memphis.
